About Us
Organizational Mission
The German American Business Council is an independent, non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to supporting German and American companies. Based in Washington, D.C., the GABC serves its members in the greater D.C. area and across the United States, Germany, and Europe. Since its founding in 2004 as an initiative of U.S. and German companies doing business on both sides of the Atlantic, the organization has continued to grow its membership and foster the German-American Business community. GABC members hold senior positions in their respective companies.

The GABC helps its members succeed in their respective industries by facilitating knowledge-sharing and expertise exchange on bilateral trade and business issues. Its members enjoy a diverse range of programs and events that address key economic and political issues, while also offering opportunities for social engagement and networking.
